BOYSLIKEGIRLS is an American rock band formed in Andover, Massachusetts, in 2005. The group gained mainstream recognition with their self-titled debut album, which went on to sell over 700,000 albums in the US, earning a gold certification from the RIAA

The band consists of Martin Johnson – vocals, Jamel Hawke – guitar, Gregory James – bass and John Keefe – drums.

Secondhand Serenade is the solo project of American rock musician John Vesely. Vesely has released four studio albums to date under the name Secondhand Serenade.

Now stepping into the spotlight as a solo artist, VAL sheds the distortion but not the intensity. With haunting melodies and lyrics that cut deep, his music explores the shadows of mental health struggles, cycles of abuse, and the quiet resilience of survival. Vulnerable yet defiant, every song is a confession, a confrontation, and a catharsis.

From underground anthems to soul-baring ballads, VAL continues to push boundaries -proving that true heaviness isn't just about sound, but the weight of the truth we carry.
